Super easy-kid approved muffins! I like to make muffins and then freeze them. We pop some out once a week and then they are still special instead of eating them all at once for a few days. These are “semi” healthy. For less sugar, use unsweetened applesauce.
You can use any cake mix. If you use white, you can add food coloring to make more fun.
Great recipe for kids to help make, since few ingredients. My daughter put all of the ingredients in the mixer, then helped put the batter in muffin cups, and of course helped with putting sprinkles on top! Enjoy!
