Happy Groundhog’s Day! Will Phil see his shadow? If he does and predicts 6 more weeks of winter- at least you can eat a yummy brownie! Try this kid friendly recipe below.

Supplies
*I easily found most of my supplies at the DollarTree and the grocery store.
1.) Bake brownies in 9X9 pan as directed on box. While brownies are baking, place all of the other supplies in bowls.
Note: I used a 9×13 pan. Either works, it depends on what thickness you prefer. The boxed brownies usually recommend 8×8 or 9×9.

2.) Make the teeth. Cut a mini marshmallow in half and then each half in half again. Last, cut a slit in each one to create the teeth.

3.) Once brownies are cool, using the circle cookie cutter, cut out as many circles as you can.
Time for kids to help now!

4.) Ice the brownies, using fudge/chocolate syrup that comes with the box or chocolate icing. I like using a plastic knife. At our house, I let me daugher ice the brownies and then I cover any areas she missed/even out.

5.) First, place the teeth (cut marshmallow)on at the bottom of the brownie. Second, put the cheeks (2 Mini Vanilla Wafers) on.Third, place the eyes on and ears (chocolate chips). Fourth, sprinkle the chocolate sprinkles in any empty areas. Last, add the nose. Use icing as glue, place on the bottom and then put between the two cheeks.
Enjoy!
